    SHIV NARESH

    Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

    This Return, Replacement & Refund Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms of Use of Shiv Naresh.
    By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees to be bound by this Policy.

    1. ELIGIBILITY WINDOW
    Return or replacement requests must be raised within 7 (Seven) days from the date of delivery.
    Requests beyond 7 days shall not be entertained.

    2. RETURN / REPLACEMENT DUE TO PRODUCT DEFECT OR COMPANY ERROR
    Applicable in case of manufacturing defect, wrong product delivered, wrong size delivered, damaged product received, or missing item.

    Conditions:
    Customer must provide clear photographs/unboxing video and invoice copy.
    One-time free reverse pickup per order will be arranged.
    Product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged with original tags & packaging intact.
    Mandatory Quality Check (QC) will be conducted.

    If QC is approved:
    Replacement will be dispatched (subject to stock availability) OR
    Refund will be processed to original payment method.

    If QC fails:
    Return will be rejected and product will be shipped back at customer’s cost.

    3. RETURN / REPLACEMENT WITHOUT PRODUCT DEFECT
    (Size issue / change of mind / ordered by mistake)

    Conditions:
    Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
    Product must be unused with original tags intact.
    Reverse courier charges shall be borne by the customer.
    Reverse shipping cost may be deducted from refund.

    Refund will be processed only after successful QC clearance.
    If QC fails, product will be returned at customer’s cost.

    4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
    Used or washed products
    Products without original tags or packaging
    Innerwear, socks, hygiene-sensitive items
    Customized or personalized products
    Clearance / Final Sale products (unless defective)

    5. REFUND TERMS
    QC Inspection: 2–3 working days after receipt
    Refund Processing: 5–7 working days after approval
    Refund Mode: Original payment method only
    COD refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

    6. FRAUD PREVENTION
    Shiv Naresh reserves the right to reject returns suspected of misuse or fraud and may restrict accounts with excessive return behavior.

    7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    Total liability shall not exceed the product purchase value.
    Shiv Naresh shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
    Minor color variations due to photography/display differences are not considered defects.

    8. FORCE MAJEURE
    Shiv Naresh shall not be liable for delays due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or governmental actions.

    9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
    This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
    All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi, India.

    10. RIGHT TO FINAL DECISION
    In case of dispute regarding product condition or QC outcome, Shiv Naresh’s decision shall be final and binding.

    Terms & Conditions
